Might also be a mod conflict or something, have you tried loading this by itself?
NSFWmon Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Is there a way to have the mod add-on to the portraits instead of flat out replacing the human portraits? I still like the original human portraits, and would like to keep them. Maybe also make add-on version alongside the replacement version?

cavaleirojustica Posted September 8, 2025 Posted September 8, 2025 I am using from workshop a "SE2" fix... and the fix just make the game not crash, SE2 portraits don't work on 4.0 because of a fundamental rule change: now in 4.0 there is no concept of job per pop, a single pop can have multiple jobs, this means sadly, there is no such thing as profession portraits anymore in 4.0. 1

For now I'd recommend just using the updated version that's on steam (without any other SE 2 mods, that version is purely standalone for now). 4.0 changed a lot about how pops get their portraits, so the LV packs (and PTP in general) don't work anymore. (This is all assuming you are playing on 4.3, if 3.14 then I think it was PTP + LV trigger pack) I'll also try to put up a more LV-appropriate version here relatively soonish. 3

DNL Posted May 12 Posted May 12 This is a problem with the common\portrait_sets file. In the, they added a new variable, "randomizable," which, if the portrait set doesn't have it, they can't spawn. This affects some vanilla mods, but almost all custom portrait mods. For this one in particular, there is the mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3724067393&searchtext=Human+Portrait+Force+Spawn+Fix+ that should fix the issue 1
