This application will create a MCM mod and script, without ever opening the Creation Kit.

Just enter your mod name, script name, and click Create! Your mod .esp and script .psc will then be generated at which point you can edit and compile the script, then load the .esp and begin testing right away!

 

This is just a quick way to make mods for Skyrim that are based on scripts. It creates a start-game-enabled quest that runs your script, and attaches the proper MCM items so that when you load the .esp, MCM will register your new 'blank' menu.

Check out the last screen shot, I'm working on a complete MCM menu creator that will have basic and advanced functions so anybody can make an MCM or scripted mod for Skyrim, without touching the CK or knowing papyrus.

Script creator seems like a pretty good idea, there are almost always common things people want to do but don't want to learn scripting, this could all be handled by the program and then you can be sure there won't be mistakes due to not understanding basic papyrus.
