Help, my body sims are weird /mod body wickedwhim?

Hey when I start create sims, Sims' bodies are starting to look weird.

I also removed some mods but it didn't help. Do you know why? What should I do? I really don't like the Sims' bodies.

First save a naked sims, then download The Sims 4 Tray Importer and see which Default mods are used, then delete them

That to me, looks like a female skin overlay being applied to a male.

Click on Body, then X the tattooes.

Click on Face, and X Skin details.

 

Might remove it, but if its happening to every sim, it's more likely you've got a duff mod changing the default skin in a bad way.
