As it says right here - nothing to worry about, this is just a possible list of mods that MIGHT cause issues, not that they're causing issues.

In general, when you see "Expected X, got Y" invalid tuning reports, they usually just minor syntax errors; it mostly happens when a custom class tuning is used by the mod.
BE reports them because technically they are errors, but 99% of the time they are harmless and you can ignore them, they have no impact on the game - still it is helpful to report it at the appropriate place for the creator (like, my mod is on that list too, and I just recently got around to fix it, as nobody reported it, and everything was working just fine even with the syntax error 🙂) so they can fix it.
