Tansitioning Mods?

Good day everyone!

 

So i'm searching around for Mod's that will allow my Sim to go through the Tran's experience (mostly MTF but not against FTM).

 

What would be some mods that would help to make this more immersive? HRT/Surgery, etc.

Lumpinou's LGBTQIA+ mod (link) has HRT, surgery, etc. for Sims set as trans.

Thank you, I appreciate it! Just figure I would ask while we are here, do you happen to know if this mod is stable with the modern updates? Only asking as I see it's a July 2022 release.

It is. The original post is from July 2022, but it's updated continuously. I believe the most recent update was with the Life & Death patch, and it works fine with the current game version. Patreon just doesn't update post dates when people update their posts, so mods can look outdated when they're not lol
