MajorWard Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 So I have been using the excellent AAF Family Planning Enhanced by EgoBallistic for a while and like it very much. However it'd be sweet if there were some actual birthing animations and sounds to go with it. Sadly I am clueless when it comes to such things but I have a lot of sick ideas... A specially crafted bed / chair that has a birthing animation tied to it rather than the sleeping / sitting ones Squatting / lying animations for births in the wild MCM to determine the length of the labour / birth and the sounds Screaming, moaning and gasping sounds (louder, scared for non-human births) Blood overlay over the crotch and down the thighs Debuffs / Limping which are temp or can be cured by meds Spectators / Helpers who cheer on, encourage and assist the mother to be 3
fultz Posted April 27, 2025 Posted April 27, 2025 I recently started playing a game called Wicked Island. it's done in unreal engine. They have a birth scene in it. She lays down and spreads and the show a baby come out. just the humanoids ( werewolf, trolls things like that} no animals, creatures. So, you think they should be able to do it in Fallout by now. 2

It’s in early access for now but I’ve added it to my watch and wish lists.
