Sim's private parts have wrong color & suntan always sets wrong color

For some reason all my male sims have the incorrect genitalia colors and sunbathing naked causes a weird bug where it looks like the dingeling and balls are glued to the pelvis and look unnatural. It appears to be a recent issue, never had that problem before. I'm not using custom skin tones.

 

Tried removing CC/Mods, placed same sim from previous save into household. Resetting private parts at first seems to fix the issue but it shows up later either way. He just become a dad so i hope i don't have to delete the whole save. Oof.
