can't talk to ysolda

All my mods work fine, but for some reason i cannot interact with certain white run characters e.g Ysolda. I have used boss and TES clean program to sort out master files but for some reason i cannot talk to her. If i crouch i can pick her pocket but that is it. please help me.Doc1.docx This is my mod list and the order it loads in if that helps. I do not use SKSE or anything like that, though i am pretty dam sure non of my mods need it as they seem to work. I do not crash on start up, this is the only problem i have encountered so far. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I do not understand what this papyrus thing is, if that code is in my skyrim.ini where do i open the papyrus file?

Add highlighted text in this section of skyrim.ini to enable papyrus logs.

The logs will be in C:\Documents and Settings...\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs (Windows XP).

inside skyrim_default.ini which was in steamapps>common>skyrim and not the skyrim.ini in documents>my games>skyrim

all I found in skyrim.ini in my documents was this:

You can add the entire section into skyrim.ini if it isn't there yet.

I have done that and there is still no logs folder in my games>skyrim   P.S I have windows 7 if that helps at all.

The logs should be in

For Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script

For Windows7 it should be C:\User\...\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script

I tried disabling all my mods, I then started the game however, the problem is still there, i can talk to all characters but ysolda and the old lady who always says "I will give you a reading some time." what do I do?

Find the Sleeping Tree camp. Kill the giants then go in the cave and kill that giant. Search the orc's body inside the cave and get note from Ysolda about sleeping tree sap. Grab some sleeping tree sap and go talk to Ysolda. All should now be fixed my friend!

Killed all the giants and the mammoths and got the note for the quest, go back to talk to her and i still can't do it.

Okay now that is a strange one. It's how the wiki's say to fix that known occasional bug and I have used it effectively myself several times. You could try looking up the quest reference # and then setstage or if all else fails console kill then resurrect her.

tried to kill her with kill command but she doesn't die, she just kneels on the floor for a bit and still can't talk to her, also i cannot talk to olava the feeble.

I had a bug once where I couldn't talk to some NPCs. Had to reload older save game nothing else could be done.

setessential 00013BAB 0  (That is Ysolda's BaseID) Then you can console kill her. Can then resurrect and set as essential again by changing the last 0 to 1 if you choose too.

tries that and it didn't work, kill her and resurrect but still can't talk to her, also noticed that two of these children in whiterun cannot talk either, one of them just goes I hate you, I hate you for ever and ever and the other says : my mum works at the marketplace selling fruits and vegetables.

That's normal for Mila Valentina (Carlotta's daughter) and several other people you don't have actual dialogue with. When you try to talk to them just like the guards they just repeat the same few lines. But for Ysolda, one of the things you tried should have worked unless something messed it up and it is in the save.
