Had a mod idea, not sure if it's been done yet

So I had this idea for a mod that uses Devious Devices on the DB whenever she enters a town or city. It's a little mind boggling that the Jarls would just let someone walk around the town or city when they're recognized for being one of the most dangerous individuals in Skyrim. My idea is that once your DB learns the word Fus and Balgruuf recognizes you as Dragon born, he can insist you've become too dangerous to be allowed the same liberties of others. You'll have to wear restraints on towns and cities to show the people you aren't there to cause trouble. At first, it would just be a rubber bodysuit, socks and gloves, but as the DB gets more powerful over time she has to get locked up in more DDs. Eventually she'd be required to wear high security restraints along with a gag and blindfold in any town or city.

We had Devious Guards in 2021, and another, similar mod that automatically tied the hands of the Dragonborn upon entering the city (I don't remember the name) but both had been taken down because of some drama, each author blaming the other for stealing their idea.
