Odd new problem that has occurred to my Skyrim SE game.

Good day, I recently booted up my Skyrim game version 1.6.11710.0 and running my mods off Vortex it's kinda hard to put it into text but I'll do my best to describe it.

 

Before I have been able to disable almost any mod mid save and the save would adapt to the mod list and continue pretty well flawlessly.

But now when I switch between saves (it's throughout all my saves) it acts like I'm on the xbox and saying that removed mods are required to run the save then it would give me the list of mods that are dependent.

 

Now to some back story that MIGHT help is that a month ago microsoft was complaining my one drive was full (somehow) and for some reason a couple mods were saved to there which filled the 5 free GB. After clearing those out that might have removed some important files? But it doesn't make sense as the files installed for games are stored and used on the PC yes?

Any advice on if I can fix my game properly?
