So tried to optimize my game experience from skyrim to skyrim AE and I cant get my mods to run. They are in the game. With the help command I can find the items. But when I try to equip them they are not shown. I guess it has something to do with devious devices. Til this point I am not 100% sure what exactly you need. I use "devious devices for SE AE VR" With "devious devices NG" but I have unclicked the devious devices se Patch. I ordered the loadlist with "Tool"

So I am really not sure if I forgot something or something is missing...
