Can we get easy installs of various sexlab/other mods configurations? I don't play anymore beca8use it's not worth it

I'm willing to work on a futanari world that would be made in prior to the bible times which is actually most of time including civilization's time. Anyway I think it'd be cool to get something for everyone eventually and I'd be willing to more or less help make that happen depending on what was being done.
