The body must have a Belly Node, otherwise scaling belly not work.  If you're using an old version of the CBBE, the body probably doesn't have a Belly Node.

I recommend downloading BodySlide, I think every generated body already has a Belly Node in its base.

Or you can use the body from the clothes you use. I can do this for you if you give me a download link for "Remodeled armor" that works with belly.
