Game stutters for too much hdt on-screen, can I momentarily disable it / trick the game somehow?

I wanted to take a spicy group picture and started changing girls’ outfit one by one with commands, at some point game starts stuttering, if I look at the floor it doesn’t. 

 

I think it’s most definitely caused by too many jiggle physics at the same time

 

I don’t need the physics atm since it’s a screenshot, I tried disabling hdt in the mod manager but then save wont load, any other ideas to remove hdt momentarily?
