What on earth were these images?
I restored the game to the original version but it didn't end up like this.

I agree there should be a nude mod made. Just a shame I am too old and unskilled to do it myself.

This image was uploaded soon after the game was released, so I think it's probably a bug in the early version rather than a mod.
Actually, I've never seen anyone making a mod.

Using the knowledge I've gained from the last game and this post,I've cobbled together something that just removes her default outfit and replaces the texture with another from the post mentioned before.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download attached ZIP which contains a .emip file and some screens

2. Download UABEA if you don't have it and extract

3. Launch UABEA and go to File -> Load Package File and select Kraken City MCNM. A window should pop up

4. In that window, under "affected asset files", double click KrakenCity_Data\sharedassets1.assets. It should have "(Selected)" next to it.

5.5. Backup sharedassets1.assets if you so desire.

5. Near the bottom of the window click select and navigate your way to the folder the game is in (steamapps\common\KrakenCity)

6. Click OK and if all went well then another window should pop up called asset info.

7. In this window go to File -> Save

8. Close the windows and launch the game and hopefully it should work.

I've also added a .txt file for the player characters default clothes and skin texture asset path ID number for someone more savvy if they so choose. If it works, great, if not, yell at me.

good job removes her default outfit: Biker_Top_Tank_Black ,Kilt,Shoes,Fingerless_gloves ,F_Sock_Bikini_Bottom_H,for lower 1.07

did you miss a step? in the 'Assets Info' window doesn't something or other need to be clicked on & highlighted & then click File-Save, or else what are you saving from Assets Info? just wondering 'cause I'm dying for this to work ( and so far it doesn't as per your instructions.)

IS this out of date due to an update or something? i even double checked the time i did it, to verify the file was actually changed.  i followed this, and its not doing anything. i randomly decided to start deleting other asset files, just in the file folder, and she was nude at one point, but the rest of the screen was black.  XD

Holy, I forgot I did a thing with this. Looks like there were a couple of updates that did shift the files. Luckily it was only a couple of spots, plus the file names stayed the same so you can at least easily find what you need to remove.

I've been trying for weeks to get this to run before I figured out you need to delete certain mesh files from the 'assets info' list. by this time the actual assets list didn't contain those files you listed 12/5/25 by name. what I did then was scroll down, found "kilt" & deleted that, went to the game & achieved toplessness along with some kind of undie. went back to asset info & deleted anything that might affect the bottom mesh, "bikini" something or other & any file called "undie" & voila. that's all I need , but I guess everybody's running a different setup, so other results may vary. anyhoo that's my 2 cents.

There has been no further progress from the state shown in the photo.

Even after deleting “kilt,” “bikini,” and “undie” as mentioned by fiddly bitz, the situation remains the same.

In the list, Skin textures Std_Skin_Body_Diffuse does not exist, so I cannot delete it. Could this be the problem?

What I want to know is: Is it enough to delete only the “mesh”?
