Lover Slab: How do I unfollow posts?

The Un/Follow button says "Follow" . . . which means I can't "Unfollow" and turn it off there.

 

Aside from deleting my posts in a thread, is there a way to stop these posts from appearing in the "My Content" page? That's the page I use to keep up with the threads I care about.

 

And here's a preemptive eyeroll and "you're a moron" to the first person to say 'click the Unfollow button'.

- Click on your name in the top left.
- Click "Content I follow"
- Find the thread you are wanting to stop following
- Click "Change"
- Choose a option
- Select "Update Selected"

but this is prob a better page as the threads i dont care about arent shown there.
