Wicked whims

Good evening, everyone. My sims 4 game isn't working. Every time I try to create a new sim and save then go to household the sims isn't there in the left-hand corner. And the sims that already exist doesn't show as well. I either get an error code or last expectation. I deleted broken and mod conflict mods and get same error. I repaired the game same error. I've deleted wicked whims and redownloaded and it's the same error still. I don't know what else to do. can someone please help.
