Unfortunately, they've implemented a detection (or at least a warning) that you will soon be banned if you use Reshade. I've never seen a company ban because of Reshade, so that's a first if it happens.  But the warning is enough to scare me off since I've spent so much on this damn franchise over the years.  So that is most unfortunate.

Can you provide proof? I highly doubt this is true.

I already provided you with the information. There's several posts about it on the official forums too.  You can try it yourself and when you receive the warning you can heed it or ignore it, it's up to you.  I don't care what you do.  But the information doesn't change.

i agree i don't think i have ever heard of a company willing to ban for things like reshade that seems stupid but sadly i feel like more Companys will be doing this type of thing soon.

i do also remember hearing something about bethesda trying to do something similar but i am not 100% sure if its true i just remember that there was a lot of backlash put on them for it but not going to surprise me if they try again the wankers.

any news on this?

I managed to replace everything with transparency/nude but the patcher overrides it constantly, kinda gave up after that. Probably does a hash check to prevent custom armors to sell more mtx.

Reshade is no longer being detected for me since the update :(

Indeed it is broken.  Devs stated something in the interview after the league reveal about building or customizing their own shader system. I don't remember exactly what they said. But looks like they broke this.  Hopefully some renewed interest will generate something new... but maybe this is the end.  We'll hope for the best.

Damn, it sucks the mod is right there but the devs are actively preventing it.

guys i think its working again. at least with vulkan. i had to unistall reshade and then reinstall it (again i used vulkan, somebody needs to test with dx12). doing so i can open the reshade menu again and select the shader to hide. free the nipples again for everybody!

Good find.  Can confirm this is still working with Vulkan.  Doesn't work with Dx12.

So I forgot to respond back, but I confirmed I also got a warning and had to email support to confirm. I totally forgot about the ReShade option (the one that's not default) being a no-no for online games as it can be punished on detection. I'm not risking Vulkan to attempt and potentially get banned. We have no leg to stand on with this matter, period.

However, just wanted to show one unique armor I've been transmogging since last udpate that I'm very pleased with. The unique body armor is Prayers for Rain, and is always cheap as it's a useless unique. The consumable cosmetic item (Skin Transfer in the MTX page, and these aren't permanent; shift-click to extract the item and you can move it to another if wanted) is $0.60 USD, basically I use it once I'm settled into my better crafted gear, maybe use the consumable 1-3 times in a league. There is also the Vanishing Dye that sets an armor slot to the default of that class type (i.e. when you start on the shore). GL everyone.

Have you received any warning since using it on Vulkan? I am thinking of starting the game again but I wanna make sure

It does still give the warning you could be banned yes.  Which is why I don't use the mod on my main account.  But I use a 2nd account to play with a friend so my character isn't exceptionally overpowered or rich from my main account.  And I do install and use it on that as I don't have as many cosmetics or anything on that account.

Like HalcyonAndOn said above, I also use the Prayers for Rain consumable if I'm on my main account.  It's sufficient.  But I wish at least the devs would come out with some cosmetics like that or what Asala wears in Act 2.
