I was just downloading the animations of Khlas and the penis model that I see in his preview images/gifs is beautiful! Does that penis come with installing the animations or if not where can I find it pleeeease??

The Sim himself is named Khyan and he's Khlas's personal Sim and the face of his online presence. Because of that, he's unwilling to share his penis mesh to the public. However, Khlas has released at least 2 similar penises on his Patreon. They are behind a paywall, though.

They aren't. It's included in the animations files which is available to download for free.
