I've uploaded the mod to the usual spot. Based on my testing, it doesn't seem to have the issues the Luna mod does, so it should be free in a week.

Also from what I've learned from modding Peni:

The Outline effect is controlled by the Vertex Paint colors. The "Default" blue works for most areas, but for vertex-dense/detailed areas (nipples, crotch, face, etc) that would create the outline splotches its best to use this dark purple color, which seems to make the outlines thinner. There's also a teal color and yellow color that is used in the vertex paint but I'm not sure how they affect things.

 

Also the vertex color slot needs to be set to these settings, Face Corner->Color

 

Also at least for Peni, the primary difference between the Lobby and In-Game model is that the Lobby's rimlighting material is named <HeroCode>_Rim_HeroDetails and the in-game model uses a generic common material called MI_Hide. All I had to do to get the in-game model working was to rename the rimlight material and export/import it with the proper model name into unreal, using everything else from the lobby model

It did look like it was put together in a day, lots of polygonal weirdness happening on her body. And while the new update does make it a little better to look at, it doesn't complete it.

I'll be going through the roster and if a better SG mod doesn't come up sooner rather than later I might make one for her.

Currently starting on Cloak & Dagger, might finish off the supports and do Mantis after (i might do my own version for Luna too because barefoot mods always come off very weird to me)

+1 on Mantis from me. She's been my main girl since day one. It will be hard going back to her normal skin after getting that kick ass BP one though, even if it's nice to look at with a mod =P
