This might be a dumb question (by me), but have you installed the UTOC Signature Bypass first, because the mods will not work without it, and so far that's the only requirement if you want skin mods to work 🤔? Ok, so the mod you're having trouble with is the Red-Panda skin for Squirrel Girl, and I used your selected mods and it works fine for me 🤔! If you don't have the Red-Panda skin from that expired Event to begin with, you won't be able to use it unfortunately, you're gonna have to wait for the devs to add it back again 🤔! 1

The Universal Physics mod on Nexus actually worked well for Acha and Jelly Mods for while, but the author has not updated it in a long time so it's broken at the moment and has hopes for other modders to pick it up and update it themselves 😢🙏!
