CAS Custom Content Filter Defaults to "On"

Is anyone aware of a mod or other way to cause the custom content filter toggle to default to "on" whenever we enter CAS? I'm so tired of manually toggling this all the time.

I just asked ChatGTP to write Sim 5 with better animation support, realistic skins, physics and 4K video output. I'll release it soon, while I forgot to ask about a custom content default.
