whicked whims not showing up in custom content on sims

haayyy so i tried downloading the whicked whims mod, im pretty sure ive done everything right yet everytime i load into the game it doesnt show up in the custom content menu in "Other"... am i doing something wrong?? can someone help me??!! ive been trying to fix this for hours,,, days even and yet nothing works. ive tried every online web forum, youtube video, etc.... and nothing is working. someone please be my shining knight and hero,,, and please help this girl get her whicked whims fix !!!!!!! thank you (attached is a screenshot of what my files look like in the mods folder)

Hey, I'm with the same problem...
The new update "v182d" has a bug that the sims don't interage with each other or objects. 
The possible solucion is download old versions, that's what I'm tryin' to do

You haven't actually installed the mod.

It's still in your Downloads folder.

You need to put the WickedWhims mod folder in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

I did tell you - the WickedWhimsMod folder needs to be located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods.
