They look similar but they are not quite the same unless there are more outfits than in the screenshots I am able to find.

Minidresses Collection, like mentioned earlier, with a texture swap or ENB. "DLC1 C vampire 05" from "BodySlide UUNP HDT Minidresses Collection.-86232-1-4" made for Skyrim LE. You're probably looking for a CBBE conversion for Skyrim SE.

That's exactly the one I mentioned.

There's a 3BA conversion as well, but it's poorly made. Requires editing xml file to have your presets even appear in the selection box in BodySlide (otherwise its blank) and some outfits are pointing to incorrect or non-existent texture files.

 

Also it does not have "no panties" version.

I can live with having to manually correct the former two mistakes myself, absence of the latter is a deal breaker.
