I never used something similar and have only seen this feature coupled with existing animation packs as part of the animation itself. In short, it would be a vagina modded with a toggle that allows you to open it and close it manually and keep it opened or closed.
Oops19 Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 I created one for CSF https://www.nexusmods.com/thesims4/mods/324. It does not have a HotSpot control and as such can't be customized in CAS. Instead the Custom Slider Framework is used to open/close it from. Currently it's only available in the NSFW section of ColonolNutty's Discord as the members usually have CSF installed and don't complain about who wrote CSF.
