help How to stop stage progression so i can realign animations?

im trying to realign the animations i have so they look better but the animations keep progressing and not giving me enough time. is there a way i can disable stage progression with a hot key so i can realign without interruptions?

Sexlab -> Animation settings. There is a Auto Advance Stages box. First entry on left pane
