Fix for vampire faces?

I've been trying to find a mod that fixes the "sunken-cheeks" effect for vampires, but the only one I can find is this one, which doesn't work.

Are there any other mods that can fix this? For the record, I use High-Poly Head.

Yes, HPH itself has such a fix built in.

 

High Poly Head Vampire Fix.esp

 

or use Botox.

I tried reinstalling the mod, but now the head is gone.
