ZIP your files no one is going to download everything one by one and it also saves space.

A zip file would have help.
I have seen you are using outdated mods which could cause trouble. Just naming some here:
Cien - No EA Lashes V6 For - For All.package  this will mess up toddlers faces
kyLifetimeAspirationsBaseGame_v05.package discontinued
and you are using hidden sliders
StretchSkeleton_FaceSkin_01 (85).package merged Luumia sliders
Some of these D1 files are are simular with other packages.
Your sims is sweet, but you really need to clean up your mods folder.

If you unmerge the package it is fine. But actually all the slider are allready there. No need to download this file.
