Hello everyone, is there a mod that turns a female character into a lizard, with skin textures, tail, etc., and is there also a mod that can preset for bodyslide or a looksmenu skin that adds 3 or a pair of breasts for a female character somewhere on the stomach, for example. Thank you.

Not that I have ever seen. I have seen player-as-furry mods, player-as-android mods, player's limbs amputated and a few other things but I have never heard of one that makes you a lizard. As for the additional breasts, well that a negative as well. If you don't want breast physics it could be possible. You would likely have to get VERY creative sculpting the body mesh directly in Bodyslide. I have have more or less added my own breasts to meshes in this manner so it is possible but adding multiple breasts would be very, very tricky and likely require many, many hours of work and trial and error. So sadly, the answer is no. Even if you could add more breasts to the player model you couldn't really wear any clothing because it would be almost guaranteed that the extra breasts would clip through any clothing.

 

Now I certainly am not an expert nor omniscient. There may well be a couple of mods lurking out there that do that but I certainly have never seen the like on the Nexus or around here.
