Random damage when naked

[Plaguetard2.0]

So, as the title says, my PC is taking random damage, only when naked. It typically hits for all my health. I, for the life of me, cannot figure out what is doing this. I feel like it happened when I switched over to Acheron from SL Defeat, but... nothing in Acheron should be causing damage. I know this is a long shot, but I thought I'd post in the event someone had something similar and figured it out.

Aside from these, everything seems to be running really well regardless of the large modlist, and was running fairly well prior to switching to Acheron. For example, my latest is when I am sleeping, Fever Dreams kicked in, runs fine, and when I teleport back to bed, suddenly I have zero health and ragdoll (or even die) as if I'm defeated.

I see you're using Frostfall. I don't use the mod because its an old mod that hasn't been updated in 8 years, so I'm not familiar with how that mod handles hypothermia and applying damage, etc etc. but any chance that's causing your character to die.

I appreciate the thought. I am using Frostfall, but I don't allow it to cause any damage (death/rescue both turned off). I went into the mod just to be sure, and aside from the insta death, any debuff seems to only cause movement reduction. I might try a test run without it though. Appreciate the idea

Frostfall doesn't work like that. If anything, it won't let you sleep at all if exposed. I've used it for a long, long, long time and never experienced what OP describes.

 

OP did the character die while waking, running or jumping or doing anything sudden? I wouldn't completely rule out Acheron. I had something similar happen when I was using older version of Defeat. Something borked along the way and I would die every time the character jumped and landed. Ragdoll effect would kick in and insta-death. Never figured out the real cause though.
