Anyone else's Mouse Jump

More often than not, whenever I have a dialog box of responses to choose from my mouse doesn't always pick the one that I select and click on.  It's like it's possessed.  I have a logitec wireless mouse with a middle scroll button.

 

Does anyone else have this problem?  It happens to me a lot and I am not so inept that I can't select an answer with a click of the mouse.
