armor How to create an armor mod base on pre made 3D Model

This is my first time posting here since reddit offers 0 help. I already have a 3D model as a base and I have zero idea or clue on what to do with it. What are the tools I need and what are the steps to be done to make an armor mod from a ready made 3D model to Skyrim SE. I'm aware that it isn't as easy as it sound, but if others can do it from scratch then I could do it to. Here's the 3D model files I have right now. It's the same picture only In different view mode. Again I have zero clue what to do with these files. I would sincerely appreciate your help! Thanks in advance.
