some Female NPCs spawning with male tag

Anybody come across this giltch?

 

Noticed this occurring commonweath captives and wotc spawns.   I noticed that sometimes that females raider were using a male voice in aaf events.  Figured it was a glitch in the voices paks I had gotten, but noticed a captive raider (just business) get turned down another npc because of gender.  I checked the raider npc and it was tagged male instead of female..

 

What weird (more) is I can dialogue a npc get a normal female voice then toggle say hardship or another AAF mod and the voice is male

 

Anyway its not game breaking and my mod list is so edited and bashed that I probably caused it myself but anyone has expreinced this and found the cause , please tell

Got rid of Buiffout 4 & Address Library  & my women are women again.
