Issue installing SkyFurry

hi. sorry i keep making so many posts about my issues but i literally have not been able to get the game working at all for like a week now cause i keep trying to change mods.

anyways, im starting fresh on AE 1.6.1170 trying to set up SkyFurry with OStim. Everything seems fine however trying to select the Breton race (fox race) in Helgen at the beginning makes my game immediately crash. I tried disabling mods to see if any were conflicting and it didn't help. maybe i missed some idk.

just need some help trying to set this up properly because i'm clueless lol.

btw, how does one get the higher quality race models i see on the page? or does it look like this normally? (https://imgur.com/a/Ns7skBM)
