Are you looking for a multiplayer experience in Age of Wonders 4? Are you looking to perhaps Roleplay out events between rulers in this wonderful fantasy turn based game? Are you a degenerate like me?... probably not that last one, but I digress. 

Basically me and a friend set up a discord server for the express purposes of doing multiplayer AOW4 games with roleplay in and out of the actual games and we're posting the link to the server here in case there are others who are interested in doing the same. https://discord.gg/cuzerDszjP

As of currently (Since the new DLC dropped) we are not running any mods, so we do not have a mod-list or playset. We are running basic vanilla games until mods start updating to be work with the current version of the game. **IMPORTANT** Only members who are going to participate in our games will have access to our mod-lists.

(Hopefully if lewd mods come out for AOW4, we'll incorporate them into our playset and we can have more lewd reflected in game as well as when we roleplay out of game!)

Also this is apparently the discord server for where there was talk about developing lewd mods for AOW4. There is someone who has been working on mods there but not much has really happened. A lot of those we can typically talk about before we set up a game, but we do disable Score Victory as one of the settings, since if we want a more prolonged game score victory can end it too soon.

Difficulty can vary with whatever people feel comfortable with, easy tends to be the norm because it also lets people have more freedom to Roleplay out their factions. Ai Rulers usually fill out the slots, if we can't get enough players for the game, plus they add extra enemies to fight. For battles, its a mixture of Manual and Auto. Ya shouldn't do every fight Manual, but if you're losing units or are just learning the ropes we can help out, however to prevent other players from getting bored we'll always be observing manual combat.

Varies on the game, I prefer Infestation Regeneration but others might not so we'd take it on a game by game basis really.

Basically whenever we get enough people for games, which basically depends on people's availability. Luckily with how AOW4 MP works, you can technically get people from various timezones and such and host a game that goes for weeks. The cool thing is you don't need to be all online at the same time necessarily to advance the game. You can literally take individual turns throughout the day/week, without being on the game to continue its progression!

We currently don't have planned sessions but already we've gathered enough people to have a game.

Thanks for the answer!
A little bit worried about how long a game will take when people from different time zones plays however. I mean, that must take a lot of time however?
Still, I am interested, I think I will join and see how you do stuff!

I mean... Yeah. Games will be long, probably taking weeks or months to even finish, but the beauty is you can run multiple ones simultaneously if you are having difficulty getting a group together regularly, and its not like there is no progression at all.

So yeah, games are probably going to take a while, but I don't think anyone playing AOW4 is expecting it to be over in an hour haha!

Only one I found online was Nudemod Skins and Age of Erections. Which admittedly were two more mods then I imagined existing.


Yep, lewd RP is more likely.

We're currently not running any mods but we plan to in the future once the game has stabilized a bit more. Recently they had a wonderful DLC that came out and it generally takes a bit for modders to catch up and the studio likes plopping out some updates to fix bugs and other issues which could interfere with mods. Usually a few weeks after a DLC its pretty safe to start running modded games.

Yep. Like I said when we stabilize a bit more we'll prolly add in the mods back.
