kakacarrotcake269 Posted October 25, 2024 Posted October 25, 2024 I only know Stormcloaks vs Imperials.
eflat01 Posted October 25, 2024 Posted October 25, 2024 (edited) You can look at them all in CK is a relationship setting on them. But would have to look closely and there are a lot of factions... there must be at least three or four hundred of them... every creature and npc are generally in multiple factions, some named npcs have their own factions, npcs which use locations have their own factions - Raven Rock Retching Netch Faction. Factions control many things. There are quite a few are hostile to anyone outside of their own faction, i.e. TrollFaction, BanditFaction, Blackblood Marauders faction, Blackwater Brigands faction and most Forsworn of course (depending what you do in Cidna mine with Madanach - Druadach Redoubt will be friendly to the playerfaction if you help him escape). Sliver Hand vs Companions... as far as they're concerned all companions must be werewolves. You can be sure Dawnguard vs Volkihar's faction are hostile, I think Dawnguard faction members dislike all vampirefaction - the exception is Serana (a Volkihar) within the questlines she gets a pass and then trusted (she's in her own faction). MGThalmorFaction is a splinter of Thalmor initially tolerant (and later aggressive) toward the playerfaction. (it's used for the Thalmor npcs in the college of Winterhold questline to keep it separate from the other ThalmorFaction in game) Obviously try to stay out of <hold>CrimeFactions, the more aggressive npcs will attack criminals.
