Money bug or glitch not sure

Recently i noticed that every time my PC receives money from quest rewards or pick money from containers or world i also pick up 3 gold coins extra.

I first noticed when i actually spent all money i had in my inventory and then received a quest reward. It was suppose to 250 but i received 253.

Since then it is every time like that.

I didn't use any console commands to add money or any other method for duplicating items.

Are you playing an Imperial?
Don't they have a perk where they receive more money or find more money?

 

Saying that, I would be pissed if this is all my racial perk amounted to little more than a 1% reward bonus.
