you have to go into the ini for the mod with the ponytail and remove about every hash except for things regarding the hair, then whatever other mod you want to use with the ponytail, you have to delete every hash involving the hair in that mod. Frankenstein effort but you get results like this. After you edit both of the mods, just throw both of them into 1 folder (but keep both mods seperate, in their own folder) so itll be easier to keep track of. Thats about the only way i know how to do this. Problem for me though was the hair from the lolipop burnice mod was stuck with the skirt so someone was kind enough to edit the skirt out in blender, and as a result i can no longer toggle the skirt on hazekers mod, Im not sure if it's the same for burnices' hair in general or the ponytail.

Try to delete the file of lucy's hair part

 

If my memory is correct, some mods conflict with this part.

I tried and it does the same thing. I'm gonna see if i can get help from the mod author of the Lucy mod cuz I don't want to let go of either of these. For now I'll go to bed cuz i got work.
