It's a mod by 누네띠네 that's been modified by mingchen. The download link for this website is usually at the bottom of the article, and it might be valid for 7 days. They share the common swap key UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT. Why do they effect each other? I know I can change the swap key button to avoid the problem.
