you running pyrois mod, try removing that first and reload the entire game. 
i had the same issue and it turned out to be a pyrois mod from here causing the issue. 
i know the pyrois LL one works fine. 
If not a pyrios mod perhaps it's one of the mods you added recently, best way to check is to remove new mods and add them in seperately and inbetween each mod added in, go into combat and start using abilities.

Hello, may I ask that, I did add this mod to the mod file, but why in games it didn't pop up?  I mean no about the code, just the mod didn't work in games

if u mean it used to work fine untill u edit it, don't replace the whole .ini with this just add that line without deleting anything

Zentrik's Aria mods can make her busty.
Body toggles are U/I.

Miyabi Mod - Sakura Sky Maiden

This mod is split into five files: hair, body, transparent body, weapon, and glowing weapon. Just choose the ones you want to use.
Based on the author's description, here is what each file is (in the order they are uploaded):
