agreed, modders are welcome to make mods of paid skins granted they only apply to the paid skin, if you are using a mod to swap a paid skin with the default one, you are effectively frauding HOYO, and if it happens enough, hoyo can just make the game ban whoever is using mods. so it's best not to do that, and especially when a lot of modders require subscriptions for access to their mods, charging money for making an ingame skin free is a huge legal issue that hoyo can persue.

Hey ! Does anyone have the Ye Shunguang Skin mods by Frooby ? thanks a lot ! I remember seeing it on Banana. it only saw preview images on Patreon. Strangely, I couldn't find any option to pledge or downloadbut... Wip1.webp.04f07764152b9039f4345b70a58ad731.webp

add "handling = skip" to this block

to be like this:
