The mod still works, but like the others, it only works during a certain time of day, in this case, the afternoon. It normally works at night. It would be great if it were possible to program the mod to only appear at that time.

It's normal in the afternoon; at other times it's all gray. It's definitely something to do with the lighting. Or maybe there's some missing mod that needs adjusting, although I only add things for the skin sometimes, just the scenery.
