That bottom one is my mod! Glad you like it, I have a version that pairs the two. Body is mine, leg toggles and hair/eye toggles are 

nijigenjiri's. Made some adjustments to the skirt to prevent clipping with nijigenjiri's legs.

Downgrade ZZMI to 1.5 version helped me with a lot of mods https://github.com/leotorrez/ZZMI-Package/releases
