 Correction. QOS is just the character of female who wants bbc. The mod will provide that personality through bodyart such as tattoos and makeup (dont have to be alot, could be a subtle amount to) that describes they want bbc and etc. Bukkake is has nothing to do with QOS but can be tossed in. QOS means Queen of Spades and Queen of Hearts is the opposite, females who want white.

Besides Miyabi, I think they're all just H, N toggles. Maybe 1 or 2 arrow toggles

 

Miyabi:

 

H , N : Switch between main variants
 ALT + ↑ : Face Blush/eyes
 ↑ : Hair
   Only 1st variant:

     - → : Torso
   Only 4th variant:
