there is only 1 problem 

 

when i change the clothes options and try to save with f10, it resets to her original option of clothes , how do i fix it ?

I think this should fix your problem. Just rename the folders to whatever you want (e.g: Yanagi - DaisyMeow)

Change the values after = to 0 or 1, save change's in file (in YANAGI.ini), press F10 in the game, see how it works, I think you'll figure it out yourself
This works with all mods that have [Constants] and parameter "global persist ..." with variables after the = sign
In this case it is "global persist $swapkey# = (a variable is specified here (0 or 1))" or "global persist $coat_transparent = (a variable is specified here (0 or 1))"
