Gonna need to replase the wallpaper hash to the new one

I also encountered this problem and literally spent 1.5 hours trying to fix it, but all I achieved was nothing. After that I got tired and disappointed, downloaded the free-SFW mod and removed the pulchra mask in the ini file, that's all I can do:(

ok So 1.4 update had a hash shuffle, completely broke most, if not ALL game world mods, including Waifu shop.
