Not sure I can fix that? Works normally for me, at least when using the latest fixed version found here.
That looks like an issue of loading the wrong normal maps, and I can't really replicate it without going out of my way to deliberately changing the normal maps to make it happen.
Should only be happening when something is wrong with the .ini file (it loads the wrong texture), or if you manually edit the texture responsible for it (like I did to check if that is the thing thats wrong).
The texture in question that should be loaded for the nude body is "BodyAT4", which is the only one that doesn't have the laces on it, which can be seen on your screenshots.

Could only suggest trying to completely remove the mod, reload the game, and then cleanly install the mod again, in an attempt to reset the ini?

Using the latest fixed version I don't have the problem I had with the textures. Thanks for the help

The other leg lacking the "NEKO" isn't something I can fix, its an issue of the UV map of that particular spot being shared with skin on her back, for some reason, so putting neko on that leg would put neko on her back as well.

Its as easy as taking the textures from my recolor and pasting them over to the new version.
So the 3 dds files in the "face" folder, as well as the "FaGuang" file in the "Body and weapon" folder, and then finally everything inside the "textures" folder, just replace when asked.
