The "Thick soldier 11" has Toggles, are:

UP Arrow key ( ↑ )  - Switch her upper clothes

NUM 6 key - On/Off backpack NUM 7 key - On/Off scarf

NUM 0 key - On/Off leg armor

 

None of the Toggles change their hair, so in my ignorance of modifications, I think, I think... this can be done. can someone help me?

"Thick Soldier 11" has no physics, so in that aspect we are screwed 

 

I feel a little bad making these types of requests knowing that I can't help as a mod editor, and that's why I think that if I'm going to ask for something I at least have to do it well and give as much information as I can.
I hope someone can help me, once again thank you very much

that's not really possible. at least, if it was, i wouldve seen it happen before, and i havent, not even once. this is just merging 2 mods for the same character.

 

the simple explanation is putting the 2 mods together and editing their ini files so there are no incompatibilities. the thick soldier 11 mod doesn't affect her hair, so just go in there to make sure there are no edits to the hair at all, then go to the catgirl mod and do the reverse. make sure there are no edits to things other than the hair, including mod files. it's fairly straightforward most of the time. 

 

for example, i rather painstakingly managed to merge 2 separate miyabi mods using the same process. i deleted everything in the ini file except whatever affected the legs (fullmetal miyabi mod), then used the upper body for a short skirt mod because her thighs were slightly wider and was clipping through the default skirt. if i wanted to, i could also add in a mod that only affected her hair, like im all ears miyabi.

this is totally just an example and not a humblebrag because it was my first merge i made for myself lol. the possibilities really open up for you once you figured out how to edit ini files and the dds texture files.

 

but yeah, i dont think its possible to put on character mod onto a different character.

Just a head-up, I am not a modeler, I have only ever tweaked .ini files and recolored textures in paint.net.

 

In a lot of ZZZ mods (I guess the base models themselves), the models are usually split into 3 objects. Typically these 3 objects are the Hair, Face and Body. Sometimes the Hair Object includes the characters' legs (like Caesar and Ellen) or accessories (like Jane's tie and gloves or Nicole's shorts fluff). Mods that don't edit the face texture don't bother including the Face Object.

 

Luckily for Soldier 11, her hair is it's own object as far as i can tell (I don't have her, so I can only see her in the character screen). So we are able to simply delete all reference to the Hair Object in the .ini of one mod and the Body Object in the .ini of another mod in order to make them compatible with each other.

 

So if you want to do the same for Caesar. You'll have to keep in mind that her legs are linked to her Hair Object. You can test which part of the character is linked to which Objects by moving the .ib files out of the mod folder. Strangely, the buckles on her shoes are linked to her Body Object, As seen in the picture below

Below is an example of splicing two Caesar mods together. In the .zip, I separated the .ini files so that each replaces the Hair and Body Objects separately. That way you can see how you can DISABLE the Hair from one mod and the Body of another to combine them.
