Please help!! i am getting a ' $SAVE CORRUPT' :(

Hi! i am at a loss as i keep trying to eliminate mods to find the culprit and i cant but i am endlessly getting corrupt saves. This is even the very first save on a new game! right as i get taken to the chopping block in the intro. each save says ' $SAVE CORRUPT' and the image for the save which is usaully like  a game screenshot it now just a 4 colored odd looking broken image. 

 

I have no idea what mod is causing this or how to stop this. I dont wish to put time into a playthrough if every save is corrupt and unloadable. 

 

Please can anyone help?

Try turning off Steam cloud saves if on. Also, turn off OneDrive if you use that.
