gooboo Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I recently created a new walk animation and a new run animation, and someone on the Nexus pointed out to me that the sounds of the character's footsteps have disappeared. Sure enough, when I tried the animations out again in my game they were indeed gone, something I hadn't noticed before. When i switch into first person view the sounds are back, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the new mt_walkforward and mt_runforward animations, but I have no idea what. I didn't touch anything related to the sound files. Does anyone have any idea what I did wrong?
b3lisario Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 There are annotations in the animation files that tell the game when to play some sounds. No idea how to work with them. Look for annotation stuff in tutorials or google
